on my online profile it says i've activated but didnt DL it , it never asked me to DL any file in any way. ?
I tried everything for now but i can't DL my new continent :(

First of all, if you're looking for help with DLC, then I suggest that you try the Dragon Age: Origins PC Technical Support forums. Secondly, you're probably going to have to wait a little longer than 18 minutes to get a reply.
But because I'm a nicer person than I should be, I'll give this a quick crack. It sounds like you haven't gone into Dragon Age and told it to download/install the content. In DA's main menu, in the bottom left corner the main DA menu, click the button to open the in-game online profile. There are some tabs along the top, one of which is for downloading and installing the content.
Try that.
