Hi, I'm slowly (and painfully) working my way through the fade (sloth demon maze). I've got all the form and have killed nearly all the bosses. I have retrieved one of my party (western most "nightmare") and now I'm at the southern most point so the sothern nightmare section however there is an odd statute blocking the path.

Now there looks to be a sufficient gap past the statue but my character in every form can't pass.

Has this happened to anyone else? Or am I missing a cunning puzzle of something?

Thanks

Vo

If you are truly at the southernmost point and if I remember correctly, that's one of the places where you retrieve your followers and there is no exploration beyond that.

Yes that's the one but I can't retrieve my party member (the statue is almost directly in front of the spirit gate).

Mmhh, don't know what to tell you. Other than try to see if there is a way around it, or you can try to face the demon without that particular follower. You probably get all them back after you kill the demon and looking for them is just preparing for that fight, I recommend that you save apart just in case.

The first time through i wasn't even aware that you had to go to the nightmare sections, and i ended up soloing the boss. Your companions will be freed either way.

Go into Mouse form, change view to look closer to ground, use both mouse buttons to move past statue, reverse way out :)

Thanks - the keyboard movement keys did it for me too! :D Mouse-mode didn't do anything by itself, though. Anyways - thanks for the tip, was going absolutely bonkers here!
