I absolutely love Miranda. Her sexy accent, beautiful face, amazing ****** and ass.



One of my favorite characters and I hope she returns in the next one as a LI.

Honestly, Miranda's had some bad things happen to her, but her backstory was not as traumatic as Jack's. It didn't help that she was cheerleading for the psychopathically evil terrorist organization. Once she comes around to Shep's point of view, I kind of warmed to her.

The whole "I'm so beautiful and intelligent and excell at anything I do, but I'm not perfect" speech was disingenious to me, especially after she says to Jacob at the beginning of the game, "I'm always right, Jacob. You should have known that by now."

 I didn't like her at first, but she "grew" on me. She's similar to Morrigan in DAO I guess, though I never liked her frigidness.

I liked her quite a bit, and the fact that I'm a regular at the Miranda Support thread kind of proves it. I can understand why some people would dislike her, though. I'm certain Bioware anticipated a lot of negative reactions to her character, just as they likely did with Jack. I think a lot of the hate stems from her dedication to Cerberus.

I don't like her because she must always disagree with whatever Shepard says or does. Also she's a pessimist and I didn't like that. As long as she is in charge everything is pink with ponies and rainbows. But once Shepard opens his/her mouth the end is nigh and everyone is doomed to damnation.

She wants everyone to acknowledge her perfection and that she's good at stuff, like how Samara isn't the only one to create a biotic barrier, or how she's Shepard's second-in-command because she believes TIM appreciates her and told her so.

I don't mind having her around as long as she keeps quiet and never says a word, ever.

I expected to hate her but that wasn't the case at all. One of the things I found interesting is that despite being designed to be pretty much perfect she is in fact insecure with herself. That's one reason she's always mentioning it. If you pay attention to her you'll see it.

Miranda is like Ashley and Kelly and Jack- for some reason I just cannot get along with romanceable human women.



She is too arrogant for me. Plus her clothing is ridiculous. The asari merc on Illium said it the best.

I find the human squadmates in Mass Effect generally underwhelming in terms of character. Mirandas loyalty mission was great and made me like the character more, unfortunately as I wasn't pursuing her romance line that more or less ended my interactions with the character. The only character who has ignored me more is Garrus, I believe.

By the end of the mission she became one of my favourites, she just needs to learn something about modesty

Honestly, she can wear that suit on the Normandy all she wants, but high heels in a combat zone?  I know the game is supposed to look cool, but that's just a stretch.

This, minus the dying part (NO ONE LEFT BEHIND, EVEN TERRIBLE PEOPLE). I figured that after Miranda's LM, she would soften up a bit, but...

Jack was certainly rubbing Cerberus's 'missteps' (to put it lightly) in her face, but Jack has the excuse of being emotionally stunted and traumatized. Miranda, while a flawed human being with her own problems, had no reason to react so childishly and naively. Shows no understanding of people whatsoever, and no empathy.

Also that she shows no doubt in Cerberus at all until the final mission where she just pops up with 'lol resignation'. A few comments on a mission that she's optional for does not constitute a character revelation. I've said this before, but I'd actually respect her more if she pulled a gun on you at the final decision and you had to Persuade/loyalty/shoot her down.

I like her because she's not a damsel in distress type you often see in media...

I like her as a character, but her constant justifying of Cerberus gets on my nerves. A lot.

Now that I know that she quits Cerberus if you do in the very end, I am trying to think of her as of something but TIM's lapdog...

So, her personality is ok, but her loyalties are enough for me to dislike her.
