So the first day I bought my Mass Effect 2 Collector's Edition for 360 I was pretty disappointed to find out I couldn't use my Collector's Armour/Weapon or my Blood Dragon Armour because of a whole mess with account linking and gamertags. I tried redeeming both codes, and now neither can be used since they're one use only. That saddened me enough.
Now, after 7 playthroughs and over 130 hours I've just put in my Disc 1 and my Cerberus Network isn't working. it wants me to activate it once again, but the code has already been used...when I put the game in the first day I bought it. Strangely, it says the Blood Dragon Armour and Collector gear is now available under New Content Available. So, when I go to download the items it adds them to the queue...then doesn't download.
Anyone know what the hell is going on and how resolve this? Thanks.

My guess: You have two ea accounts, the armor is attached to one, and the cerberus network's attached to the other. Contact EA support for help, and if you can identify both of your ea accounts for them, it will make it easier for them to merge them.

I put in a request for my two accounts to be linked, and I think that's just what has happened. I finally got the armors, unfortunately I think the only solution as far as the Cerberus network goes is to buy another one
I really hope I don't have to do this.

No, explain it all to EA Support, and make sure you mention everything you're entitled to, so they can make sure it's all accessible on the new/merged account. If anything's missing, bug them again to fix it.
