I cannot express the absolute importance of Random NPC #12.
If Random NPC #12 isn't in ME3 I will not buy it.

Random NPC #12 is terribly ugly. I can't believe you want to see that malformed troglodyte return, much less as a LI. My Shepard killed him off.

Personally I found random NPC #12 lacked any emotion especially after the death of his space badger, so no I do not want him back
