I disagree, Arik. Valcutio has a valid point, very much on-topic IMO. Gay characters have the exact same options as hetro characters, which is to say, you can romance the same people regardless of how you like to orient your character. You want to play a gay Shepard, but nobody else on the ship is gay. Has it occured to you that you aren't just asking for an alteration of Shepard? What you are asking for is a massive alteration in other characters personalities, except Jacob, he already seemed a little gay to me.

Why don't you write your own mod with a recruitable hair dresser or
something? He can give you a new "do" after the butt secks you so desperately want, then ridicule you for choosing "those hideous N7 leg upgrades".

Personally, I don't want the guy watching my back to be watching my backside instead. I
know I'm not alone in this. I thank Bioware for leaving the creepiness out of the crew.

My point you ingrate is that femshep being able to engage in a lesbian relationship with Liara is a central plot element to ME itself.    ME2 would literally not happen for femsheps if their was no lesbian romance option.

Gay men (and women) can join the military, they are just not supposed to open talk about their sexuality. Besides that, the Alliance is not a U.S. institution but a multi-national one. As for FOX News, never did they mention anything about gay sex, just that Mass Effect was a kind of sex sim (they were wrong, of course).
