Yep let's hope.
I do hope BioWare at least records the MM dialogue with Kaidan again. It was nice of them to do it for the second game.

Exactly what I said.
There is audio files for the M!Shep x Kaidan relationship in ME2.

We have a winner. Oh kay, time to shut the internet down.
Are you telling me the ME romances are deep? Really?
Sorry I do not mean to come off as such a sarcastic ass that happens sometimes.
Every time I an reading, posting, or making a bad waffle joke in one of the "romance" related threads I have this thought nagging at the back of my brain. It is "Why do you even bother? It is not like they are anything of substance"
Now I understand somebody will want to yell at me, so let me elaborate a little. The characters are great and very well written. There are some lovable characters with good dialogue but the romances pretty much go: Flirt, run a mission, flirt, run a mission, flirt, go past the point of not return (Illos suicide mission) get a cutscene and thats it.

Oh I'm in total agreement with this. Which is why the whole "OMG Shep can't be gay!!!" bugs me. Its not like the romance is taking up a large portion of screentime anyways. <_<

Basically, for most who gripe and grouse, it's the principle of the thing, and more about the behavior of the corporation. I'm sure some really do think the game is of earth-shattering significance, and the (rather anemic) romances too, but there're always obsessives in fandoms, and they're usually quite few (even if they do make a lot of noise and sometimes seem to dominate).
ETA: Also, plain fact is, representation in the media matters, and also the manner of depiction once Group X is represented. For my part, I don't like double-standards in general, and the "justifications" ring very hollow, and I really dislike those sort of, well, disingenuous assertions. It's not affecting me as a player, as an M/M romance holds no interest for me (not that I wouldn't check it out on YouTube for the hell of it). I just plain don't like the way its being handled, and think they could easily put that cup of tea on the menu without "compromising their art" or whatever.

The gay romance with Kaidan in ME1 was definitely voiced, though not necessarily completely (some of the lines are not voiced even if you change gender flags). But I haven't seen any evidence that lines were recorded for a gay romance with Kaidan in ME2.
It'll only activate if you import a save with an active M!Shep x Kaidan romance apparently.

Anyone who has ever had a kitten will know how hilarious the second picture is. And how cute.
Got herself stuck on top of the fridge and ended up bawling like a baby.
Still don't know how the heck she even managed to get up there either.

The asari are asexual, they are neither male or female.
Let's open up our Codex, children: "An all-female race, the Asari reproduce through a form of parthenogenesis."
you should listen to your dialogues rather then just quoting the codex. As far as I remember Liara says it and afterwards you get the "all female" codex entry. My understanding: the codex is an all-human-made "encyclopedia" writen by humans with human insights. Probably they cant imagine a race with just one gender and refer to the asari as "all famale" because they have feminine (to human standards) characteristics. About parthenogenesis, Liara says, through the mind melding, one part of the couple (lets says female) receives genetic variations from the partner (lets says male-part).
As to asexual.... in my native-language this word have 3 meanings. Sorry if my use of the word is confusing.
So, and maybe Im wrong and "asexual" was never said. Maybe not at all, maybe not by Liara. But Im not in the mood of replaying ME and dont even have that time anytime soon. On the other hand, EA/BW claiming there is no lesbian love seems to make my opinion valid, to quote (to some degree) Mordin: have no proof, but fits evidence.
Lets just drop it

The depiction of Shepard engaging in that act is pretty comical. That is just so far removed from the context of the game and the character that it does come off as a joke.didymos1120 wrote...

Umm, yeah, but dialogue makes it clear that's kind of Asari urban legend. No genetic material is ever exchanged. It's more a mechanism for inducing mutations, and it's still parthenogenesis. You can actually find analogues in real-life organisms:
An interesting aspect to reproduction in these asexual lizards is that mating behaviors are still seen, although the populations are all female. One female plays the role played by the male in closely related species, and mounts the female that is about to lay eggs. This behaviour is due to the hormonal cycles of the females, which cause them to behave like males shortly after laying eggs, when levels of progesterone are high, and to take the female role in mating before laying eggs, when estrogen dominates. Lizards who act out the courtship ritual have greater fecundity than those kept in isolation, due to the increase in hormones that accompanies the mounting. So, although the populations lack males, they still require sexual behavioral stimuli for maximum reproductive success.
But, sure, OK, I'll skip the other stuff and drop the topic.
