I own both ME2's (PC and 360) and I just bought the DDE PC and standard edition 360. I have the Collector's promo code from the DDE PC but If I wanted to have Collector Armor on my 360 version, will it say I can only use it on a PC version? I don't want to get stuck with it telling me I can't download my collector armor AFTER I redeemed it to my 360 account. (I have an EA account registered with my 360 account and an EA account registered with my PC account). In short, if I redeem the PC Collector's Promo code to my account linked with my 360, will I be able to download it or will I have just wasted my code?

Your promotional code included an unlock for both PC and Xbox 360 platforms. To access your content on the Xbox 360, please ensure you activate Cerberus in-game using the same account you used while redeeming this code on the social website. Once you have done this, your content will be available for download from Xbox LIVE via the in-game store.

Took that from my registered promotions page where it lists both Xbox and PC promotions for ME2 and I have the PC version.

Somehow, I redeemed my promo code on the account linked with my 360 gamertag, yet it shows it redeemed on only my PC account. Very strange. Oh well, atleast I didn't lose it.
