If there is already a topic discussing this, I have not found it, and I apologize for the creation of a duplicate. Please redirect me to said thread if it exists.

Will DLC, such as the rumoured Kasumi, be available to characters who finshed the game? I just finished the game on Insanity, and I'm not saying it would be extremely hard to redo the Derelict Reaper, Legion's Mission, and the Collector Base, just a bit tiresome.

So will there be a point to get a squad member like Kasumi if we don't have a mission anymore? Sorry, this post was a little scattered, and not very coherent, but I would love an answer or a redirect.

I would imagine if you have a save before you go to the derelict Reaper, you would/should be able to recruit her whenever BW releases the DLC for her.

Yes I believe someone stated earlier today that they were able to recruit not only any squad members they missed after the suicide mission (such as Jack, Tali etc), but you could also recruit Zaeed as well. My question is whether your decisions regarding those characters influence Mass Effect 3 as you are recruiting them after the mission is completed. Does the save file only extract the data of what happens on the suicide mission or does all post-game data going into Mass Effect 3 (including unreleased DLC) count as well?

I fully intend to always keep one save before the derelict reaper, and one before the ultimate choice on the collector base.



I can always do everything over again in a worst case scenario, but I would prefer it didn't affect the game terribly.
