Sounds like a lesson learned. Never store anything important on your OS drive, and if you do, always have backups. Especially when running Windows. Storage space is so cheap these days that you could easily have a separate physical drive for all your audio projects <_<

I had two hard drives back a few years ago for that reason. I bought both at the same time, same brand, model, size. When one packed it in I was all confident everything had been backed up. Two days later the second drive died before I could transfer files.

I have a terabyte drive, where I store all the completed stuff. But yeah, that's no excuse to not have a backup of my works in progress.
Even so, there's GOTTA be a way to blame this on Ugly Shepard.

See, the problem here is in your perspective. You don't want a hairdo that might draw the viewer's eyes away from ugly turned up to 11, so keep it minimalist.
