as soon you talk to him or even glare at him he wants to go in bed with you and all your present LI goes into tantrum mode (jealousy berserk style) and automaticly break up with you and then you cant continue to romance them ever after even in your next games

No no no. The remaining LI should declare Shepard to be impure/unclean after interacting with Ugly Shep and out of fear of it being contagious they won't come within an arms distance for the remainder of the game.

oh ok guess my idea was going to far , maybe Ugly Shep could be the in the first city you gain access ? or maybe thats too far also since you could nt even have a romance startup

Yeah, I was thinking about this conundrum when I wrote it. The way I see it, he just was never a popular kid, and he had a rough upbringing (established with "He was never a lady killer in his previous life"). I imagine him as an unattractive (not ugly) guy growing up, which is why he saw boobies for the first time when he was what, mid thirties and in his second life? And yeah, the ugliness is just a final punch in the face for the guy.

It's a bit weak, but I was stuck on the stupid Horizon story for hours. 1500 screenshots and not a single one that said "use me use me I'm the one that will tie it all together!"

By comparison, Liara's post came together in about 10 minutes after I saw that 5th screenshot, right after the hug.
