To be fair, Ugly Shepard is remarkably well-ajusted for a pariah. Whenever I see him, his expression is either content, overjoyed or scared - scared with good reason, I suppose. Even when he's angry, he's not all that angry, actually. He may still make it to paragon, I say. That will finally make his mom proud.
He reminds me of Corporal Nobbs from Discworld. If the thought of drawing Nobby fanart could ever cross my mind (I hope it does not), Ugly will be the first in line for photo reference.

Imagining Thane as a janitor is hilarious. I picture him constantly slipping into memories every time he sees a familiar piece of trash. So everyone is just trying to get their work done while a crazy drell is reminiscing in the corner about the time he saw someone slip on a candy bar wrapper and fall out of the tower.

You should be able to modify your save game with Gibbed's save game editor so that you've met conrad before. Can't remember where to get it tho
