Yeah, it starts at 1:14 in this video - . You hear part of it when the Lazarus project starts up, when the Normandy is revealed, etc. It may not be Shepards theme, but it's a central motif to the series.
I think it qualifies as Shep's theme- it's the Spectre induction music, too.
These are my fav ME1 themes:) now i hear them and i imagine ugly shep in them:) i have these on my ipod. My day is made.
