I think Bioware should include Ugly in ME3. Doesnt have to be a squadmate or LI or anything but he should be there. Maybe he could own a store ask if you want an "En-chant-ment?".

The only problem with that is that a lot of people would choose it to have their own Ugly. We can't have that.
