Miranda was losing her patience.
Perfection had its limitations.
She wanted a lover,
But sadly discovered
No-one fit her high expectations,

Traditional methods were flawed,
They catered the liar and fraud.
Puffing his cigarette,
The Illusive Man bet
That an extranet search would be broad.

She logged on the net with aplomb
And searched with a wave of her palm.
To Miranda's delight,
It revealed her a site:
HumansOfPerfection.com
She clicked "sign up!" with no delay,
On her monochrome yellow display.
Interrupting her searching,
A figure came lurching.
She looked up, gasped, and looked away.

In front of her stood the Commander.
He said "I won't stand for this slander!
Someone put my face
On a pig's naughty place.
Who did this? EDI? I can't stand her!"

Miranda stood up. "You're a jerk.
You just interrupted my work!
The door wasn't locked,
But at least you could knock!
I'm an officer, not a damn clerk!"

Before Shepard could say a thing,
Miranda's computer went "bing!"
"We've picked you some guys
From our ample supplies.
Would you like us to give them a ring?"

Shep looked askance at her screen.
"You're trying the net dating scene?"
"I am, and don't stop me,"
Miranda said softly,
while turning back to her machine.

Shepard felt jelousy rise.
She can't just go see other guys!
"Can't you date someone here?"
"I saw Jacob last year,
But I dumped him when he said 'the priiiiize.'"

He walked out the door in a huff
Miranda thought "That wasn't tough.
A little TOO easy.
He'll do something sleazy...
...I'll know what it is soon enough."
