Chuck does not have the power of natural selection. As he has shown in his mandate for teaching Creation in science classes, he is firmly against the idea of natural selection and evolution.
The Ugly, however, exists in a day and age when the genetic material from a single parent can be used to poduce viable offspring, as shown by Miranda. Not only would the Ugly be able to breed, but he could go along and produce the Perfect Ugly.

Just popping in to say that I FINALLY made it through all of these pages and I literally pissed my pants twice with laughter. LITERALLY. Not much, but you know.

It was the "seeing boobies for the first time" bit, along with Grunt holding him up against the wall. PRICELESS.

BTW, I remember skimming past someone looking for a voice actor or something, I can do a damn good MaleShep impersonation, as well as several Krogans. Pretty much anything Mark Meer or Steve Blum, really. If anyone needs it, lemme know.
