Does anyone know which bonuses in game stack multiplicatively and which stack additively?
For instance, I think I read that the resistance bonuses stack multiplicatively. That is, Warp does double damage against barriers. If you have a +50% bonus to Biotic damage, then Warp will do 2*1.5*X = tripple damage to Barriers.
On the other hand, Hardened Adrenaline rush gives a +100% bonus to weapon damage. If you have a +50% bonus to Sniper Rifle damage, then your Sniper Rifle shots will do (1 + 0.5 + 1)*X = two and a half times damage NOT tripple damage.
It seems clear that ammo bonuses stack additively.
How about proximity bonuses? Does the double damage bonus from point-blank range apply to all damage or just the base weapon damage?
How about the headshot damage bonus?
How about abilities like Tactical Cloak?
I'd like to test some of these, but by the time you get several bonuses, it can be hard to tell which are additive and which are multiplicative.

I think most of the bonuses are additive. Ammo power, skill bonuses, and I believe the headshot and ragdoll bonuses are additive.
The weapon and power resistance multipliers are multiplicative (obviously).
From my limited experiences (haven't tested explicitly) the range multipliers are also multiplicative (they probably modify base damage, which is used for everything else).

I'm pretty certain the ragdoll bonus is multiplicative. I tested it with disruptor ammo and pull.Athenau wrote...

I believe a Dev also confirmed that the Ragdoll effect is multiplicative.

I heard from a dev that soldiers AR talent causes the multiplicative bonus.

This is a little off-topic but does anyone know if Reave allows for the extra ragdoll damage when enemies are hit by it and undefended?

I'm interested about this one too.
Also, does anyone have any information about enemies' defense values (Shield/Armor/Health etc.). I'd like to run a few numbers with them.
