I'm at about level 10 on my first play through but I'm about to go on a business trip which will take me out of town for four days.  Ugh!   So before I leave I'd like to post a few comments about the game.

* I love this game!  I can understand if some folks don't like the style or whatever but for me it's great!  It's fun, very engaging, and gives me enough options without giving me too much.  Most fun I've had with this type of game since the KOTOR games.

* I love the human noble origin story.  It's short but completely sucked me into the story.  I hated leaving Mom behind to die.  Totally stinks but it's great that Bioware could get me caring so strongly about her in such a short time.  

* Dog ... I never take him with me but I love him still.

* The origin story was great ... Ostegar was great ... but I hated Lothering.  Every other place I've been has been great but Lothering sticks out like a bad sore thumb.  If you hate Lothering then just keep going.  Every other location so far has been amazing.

* Warden Keep ... imo is worth the $7.  Think about it ... it's the cost of a big value meal at McDonalds.  Eat peanut butter and jelly one night and enjoy this addition.  The story, armor, extra storage is worth it.  There's one problem.  I went there right after Lothering and there was one chest Leliana was not able to open at her current level and unfortunately you can't go back in once you leave.  Next time I might put this off until a little later on my next play thru.

* It was at the Warden Keep that I finally was able to give Morrigan the Health spell.  Wow!  It made battles so much more fun.  No more scrambling for potions  or whatever they call 'em. 

* I next wen to the Stone Prisoner ... does the dog cause a different cut scene if he's in your party when you meat Kitty?  I was unable to trick Kitty so this might also need to wait a bit on my next play thru.

* Blood Dragon Armor ... I love it, love it, love it.  As a human warrior I put just about all my points into Strength just to open this up as early as possible.  It's well worth it.

* Bit of advice ... don't take Morrigan to the Circle Tower.  It won't go well.  She REALLY doesn't like those guys. 

* Bit of advice 2 ... many have said they didn't want to use Wynne because she seems to be a boring character.  However, once you get Wynne she might never leave your group.  She is an amazing addition to the team.  I was planning on rolling with Alistair, Leliana, and Morrigan for most of the game but Morrigan find her way to the bench.

* Alistair is one of the best companions I've had in any game.  The voice acting and script are great for his character.  I was planning on using Shale or  Sten but I keep using Alistar because he is just likable.

* Speaking of which, I really don't care for Sten.

* Speaking of which ... speaking of which ... I really don't like using 2 handed weapons.  They are just so slow.  I just enjoy quicker action.  Right now I'm using a shield and sword but I'll have to give dual a shot in my next play through.  The problem is I just want to wade into each battle and I think I'd die to much without the shield. 

Ok, I'm done.  I'll miss my character while I'm out of town but I'll jump back into the Fade in a few days to take up battle once again.
