While I am an avid Vanguard user, I wouldn't say that based on this alone. You have to take in to account the greater speed at which the Vanguard can travel, then the enemy is knocked back, your shields are boosted, and you do x2 damage. Soldier can't charge, doesn't get the x2 damage of being in shotgun range (though AR takes care of that sort-of), and has to wait for his shields/health to recharge thus slowing his the kill/time ratio.
Now if he also used his other weapons (ie the Mantis) I think that would have cut some time off the run as well.
On a side note, anyone using a Soldier could probably do that run similarly on the first try. How many times does it take a Vanguard user before they figure out the pattern and can do it flawlessly such as you Sinosleep? I'm just going to say it wasn't the first....
I was half joking when I said that, but any way, people on these forums HIGHLY over-estimate how long it takes to get charge order down in levels. It takes about, 5 seconds to memorize spawn points in this game and every encounter featuring collectors boils down to the same thing any way. Kill the collectors so harbinger has no one to control, then kill harbinger, move on to next group. I've said from jump when I first started posting vids what I was doing wasn't super human, guys like RamsenC, Thisisme8, Kronner, and others have proven this is the case by making vids with similar, and sometimes better results than my own. It's really not that complicated to figure who to charge and who not to charge.
