Since Feb. 2 my profiles have not updated. Everytime I connect an error comes up that says there was some type of problem with the site and the game found an error. Any know how or if this can be fixed?

I wants to buy a dlc for my dragon age 2 on my ps3 but everytime I click "buy now" or "more info" the screen goes half-black and nothing happens ( no new window or anything)
