Never take her into your party would be my best guess. And pretend "interest" in all her stories and whatever she says when you're back at camp, then give her flowers and whatever chantry stuff you find.
If you're going evil (and not just chaotic evil), I suggest high persuade so that you can lie when needed

Keep her in camp and shower her with gifts.

Then take her with you when you get andrastes ashes and defile them then kill her.

Kemor has a point. If you're playing "evil" then I assume you'll be siding w/ Kolgrim and are planning to pour the dragons blood into the urn. You'll need at least expert coercion to persuade Leliana back at camp when she asks you about the what happened w/ the mission and to see the ashes. In one playthrough I only had improved coercion and failed the persuade check. I believe she said, "you're being evasive, I need to see the urn for myself" and left.

Harden her.

Sarah please confirm. Does hardening her actually stop her from confronting you in camp if you defile the ashes? I would love to know since my current playthrough is "evil".

I'm not sure but I know that you can take her with you and not have her attack if:dragonlips69 wrote...

- The Warden must have a high intimidate skill (Coercion + Strength bonus = 75 or higher, where each point in Coercion is equal to 25 intimidation points. Thus 3 points in coercion should do the trick regardless of what your character's strength score is);
- The player must select the "Before you do anything stupid, remember who I am." dialogue option when she calls the Warden a "fiend".

Yes, hardening Leliana will certainly prevent her from leaving you, but you DO have to have at least expert coercion. This is what my evil character had to do. In order to harden Leliana, in case you do not know, you must make sure to convince her that her past should be embraced and not forgotten. To be specific, dragonagewiki.com will give you the specifics. Just make sure to search up "hardening Leliana" because they ARE specific.
BTW - Hardening Leliana will most certainly keep her in the party with you, but you will still get disapproval from her from your actions.
