Garrus and I totally have a bromance going on, stretching back to ME1. That said, I consider Joker my drinking buddy. Even if he never steps off the ship and wasn't there for the inglorious "thing that more stuff goes into it" incident.

Best pal: Garrus. He definately took the examples Shepard put forth and lived them. He's the truest of friends, if not a Turian fanboi.

Brawl buddy: Chuck Norris. Only he could fight on the level that Shepard is on. As a runner-up, Jacob.

Drinking buddy: Joker. Scratch that. If he stumbles or falls, he'll break every bone in his body twice over. Hmm, gotta consider the options. Samara, could order her to get drunk.  Tali would need some sort of pressurized beer bong and that just wouldn't look cool.  Grunt might go start crying and talking about life in the tank mother. Thane would abstain and be a buzzkill. Garrus might start beating people down with that recently extracted pole.  Legion lacks the necessary components for drunkenness, unless he upgrades to WinGeth 8 for the simulated experience. Miranda might become too loose and god knows, she needs to retain the ice queen status. Zaeed wouldn't interact with you, he's too cool for Shepard and would just talk on his own to a wall. Jacob probably wouldn't want to talk, 'cuz it might be forced under uncomfortable social situations. Mordin ... would be a drunken hamster. I don't see how that wouldn't be fun. Mordin it is!
