Pretty much garrus for all 3. Cool dude, been with you since ME-1, cool to roll with as both a renegade and a paragon. Kind of pissed me off with all of the "Calibrating" though. I kept thinking "Is his VA just really expensive or something?".

It's part of the ME2 "Either I want to get in your pants or GO TO HELL." philosophy, which is especially evident in the male characters.

Garrus was so busy "calibrating," I thought it might be a euphemism. 
Given Kelly's comment about him, I couldn't help but want to set the two of them up.  Alas, it was not to be.  Fortunately, I usually swap ShepGender each playthrough, so my turian bro didn't have to wait long for his.

Now that I think about it, "Meditaions," "Cleaning up this engine," etc. sound kind of, erm, suspect as well ... I guess it's a lonely Normandy for all who share Shep's gender...

On topic: Garrus for pal.  It's kind of like Lethal Weapon or Pulp Fiction, but ... IN SPACE!  (Garrus: "Say what again, Harkin!")

Garrus again or Tali for brawl buddy, depending on Shep's gender and your definition of "brawl."  Zaeed, Jack or Grunt may also be acceptable on alternate weekends depending on weather and location.

Garrus for drinking buddy.  Color coded chirality glasses a must.
