I want to go to earth

I don't want a "If you don't buy this then so and so will definitely die" system

I want ME 1 LI's back especially Liara since she seems to be the only one that isn't pissed at Shepard

I want a more in depth creation system

More weapons and armor

I want to be able to board the normandy without leaving the dock

I want to be able to SEE MY JOURNAL WHILE VIEWING THE GALAXY MAP (going back and forth because I couldn't remember the name of a planet was SO annoying)

I want another Asari LI



Anybody else not really want this series to end after #3? I feel like there's so much more that can be done it'd be a shame to just drop this series.

Okay back again for more of my thoughts. (DON"T BE AFRAID TO POST A ALREADY SAID IDEA! that's how the mako and elevators got taken out.)



Squad powers LOS glitch. To fire a squad mate power at a target SHEPARD has to be able to see them not the squad mate. The squad mate could be behind a wall but if shepard see's them in his LOS he can hit them and vice versa. So fix it to where the target has to be in the squad mates LOS.



More squad conversations. Too little but I kinda already suggested this before.



I would like to see each class have a unique set of controls and systems that all the other's do not have.Like soldiers would be the current set up, inflitrator's could actually stop there heart rate and target specifc limbs or parts with weapons that pentrated shields with ridiclous force controls should be similar to soldier. Adepts like I said before should be able to lock on to some cover or box and using the analog and holding the power button down be able to slam or throw it at enemy. stuff like that. I also saw many things in the cut sences that I wanted. Hover and mass effect fist. The engineer's should be able to make those little shield things that the geth and the collectors were able to make. (kinda like a deploable cover), should be able to set powerful traps, tamper with enemy armor and weapons making them less effective and other cool things like this. Lot more things you could do with that.



I would like to tell the council off at least kinda like we got to do with the reporter who bull rushed us. They make me kinda regret saving them a llittle. If I didn't know the reapers were coming id regret it.



I miss the air lock too. That was kool.



I miss my old team. Let us have them all or let us choose 12 out of them all.



Make it more complicated then just unite the universe agianst the reapers in the third one. Id like to see a major surprise maybe a little betrayale and id like to see where the reapers came from and exactly what they are. Id like to be involved with the geth/quarian conflict. I want to save the krogan race. I want to tell people of my accomplishments in the galactic center! why couldn't we do that you jerks.



I want to see my mom.



email system that shepard can reply to you make us look like an ass.

Since you have a personal bathroom in the new Normandy I want the option to change my character. Nothing drastic just maybe hair styles and facial hair. I mean the mirrors right there. Maybe my MaleShepard is tired of the beard or wants a goatee or something. Maybe FemShepard wants a new hair style cause she is tired of looking like Dr Chakwas. For me the more customization the better. More and better casual outfits too.

The shadow broker revealed.
Shepard sacrifice the council...both of them...to the reapers.
Liara return as a squadmate.
Legion salvage body parts from Tali and send them to the Geth to be repurposed into a Geth/Quarian hybrid to attack the Flotilla.
I don't ever want to see the Human Reaper again....what a piece of crap that was.
I want to see the presidium again, Noveria and Feros.
Earth might be cool.
Kaiden and Jacob murder each other by boring themselves to death.
Ashley killed by a racist Turian.

Plot/Storyline
- A truly epic ending
- To see our choices actually matter, like the Rachni decision, the Heretics, etc. etc.
- Some character deaths that can't be stopped (I want some drama!)

Teammates
- All of the squadmates from ME 1 and 2 (unlikely)
- If that's not possible, then people we've already met as new ones (Shiala, Aria, etc. etc.)
- More inter-party conversation/reaction/banter
- Same-sex Romances

Combat
- The return of some sort of inventory
- More interesting/Better Biotic powers

Locations
- To return to a better Citadel, both were underwhelming, especially ME 2.
- Return to Illium, Omega, Tuchanka, hopefully bigger/better
- Earth
- To see locations we effected in ME 1 like Noveria, Feros, etc. etc.
- To see the Asari, Turian, and Salarian home planets

01. A wardrobe/armory thing, where you can customize modular armors for every char on your team.

02. Quarters/beds for your team. (atleast a tiny detail, like say Garrus' helmet hanging on a bedpost in the crew quarters, so one could assume he had a place to sleep. For now I have to have assume he calibrates until he falls over from exhaustion and sleeps on the floor)

03. On missions, let there be ammo crates, useable once, but loads you up on clips for all weapons.

04. Pistols and Assault Rifles for all team members, (they manage to pull a rifle out of their a** whenever they need one for cutscenes anyway) let the third be their weapon of choice/class standard.

05. Some Paragon/Renegade interrupts with both options at the same time, so I can choose one of them.

06. Larger missions, for those that played the GRAW games, a mission or two the size of one of those would be great.

07. Some class specific interrupts, like a soldier would shove the merc on Illium trough the window, a biotic would send him flying with biotics.

08. Same deal with confrontations, always with the pistol, I would like my adept to power up biotics, like Liara did when confronted by the welcome committee on Noveria in ME1.

09. A secondary Paragon/Renegade system, like Polite/Rude that would just be a character/personality thing, like in ME2, a character with high Rude score would chuckle or something behind Liara's back when he/she walks in as Liara is threatening the guy on the holophone thingy.

10. No more lightspeed people, say after I convince the Asari to amend the contract for Shiala, she shouldn't have the amended contract when i talk to her 2 seconds later.



+ lots of stuff I can't think off right now and a lot of the stuff already mentioned here.

What I want is.



1) Keep ME2 Upgrades.



2) Bring back ME1 Upgrades.



3)Increase the level cap.



4)Bring back the ME1 class point system. Keep ME2 skill evolution, combine that with specialist classes.



5)Have a character who quotes Lovecraft.

This should be made the offical suggestion thread so we don't have a million of them.



-The level cap should set according to the dificulity level. Normal and below should be 30 but above that it should be at least 15 more levels or so and adjust the amount you get so it's ballanced.



-Im going to go in depth on one of my suggestions about the mini games. It was to have a large varity in one type of mini game like hacking one have 10 mini games and rotate though them so you would never get bored of it because by the time you get use to it there's a new one. It's not hard to make them and there faily fun. Should have that button game from ME1 in a few of them I loved that one.



Bypass should have up to 6 match's on it's higest difficulity.



BUT



-When it comes down to it id like to have the option to be able to make my own door. If you know what I mean.



-Mission's: When I have a main plot mission I want to be able to bring my entire team down to the surface and asign them all jobs. You were on to something with the suicide mission. It really gave us the feel that we were the commander. But there's more you could go from there. Like sending down your medic to treat people she would be escorted by two of your crew. Or sending down a tech specialist to fix a broken rapid transit terminal or something along those lines.

I would also like to see a couple more types of mission. Mass Effect universe has a very limited stealth system, the only acception is the cloaking system for infiltrator's. It woud be cool to see missions for that.



class specific missions would be nice to see. If your a soldier give us missions (mass effect 2 looked like it was made for a soldier lol) where only a solider could withstand the volly of firepower thrown his way. Or a building for vanguards that only alloud close quarter combat. Build the game around these classes make them unique so it makes plying another game a smart thing to do to experece the new missions and experiences.



Bring the grenades back. Yes the heavy weapons replaced the nades but there are certain types of grenades that heavy weapons simply cannot do and would be a waist of ammo to do. Flash bangs, emp sythetic stun grenades, make a doorway from a safe distance with them. That kind of stuff.



(little more on stealth possibilitys) Stealth in mass effect could be achieved in many ways. Invisibility/radar jaming/emp black out tech/speacial flash grenades/ and many more.

Invisibility is fairly simple we already have prototypes now. So just imagine with nearly 200 years of advancement what it could be like.

Radar jaming, already done by the geth you could just say it was adopted by the alliance and turians. Radar jaming coupled with emp black out device and and invisability could be devistating.



EMP or Electro Magnetic pulse or black out device, would cause a small scale black out of all electronics. (lights, mech's, geth, (to an extent) and anything else not shielded. To see in the dark there helmet's would have thermal, night vision, and various other modes to combat there opponets. (shouldn't they have this anyway? it's 2185 for gods sake.)



Stun gun, gun that nocks out organic enemies.



Flash bangs, (will be interesting to see how they evolved in the future) a grenade that makes a very loud noise and sends out a massive blast of light and smoke to empair enemeys. (so basically you could go in and nock them all out, snap there necks, or stun them.



I wouldl like to be able to hack elevators and rapid transits and sabatoage enemieys forces in any way I can on these missions like we did the geth on virmire.



I would like to be able to sneak up on guards and knock them out or snap there neck. We could have a team stealth mission where it is vital for shepard to keep up with thane and garrus in doing this. If he is to slow it could turn into a blood bath.

As much as people are complaining about the plot in ME2, we don't know how any of the events are going to progress in ME3. If the Hammerhead DLC is any indication, the story is probably not done yet. The tank is free and to me that means they're going to use it as an integral part for the new content from there on.







My suggestion for ME3 is more missions with assigned task groups, like the Suicide Mission. If every main story mission in ME3 was like that how intense would that be? Since the galaxy's fate is at stake anyway, why not up the ante and make every little decision during a mission matter even more?







I would recommend whatever paid content Bioware comes out with to have that format for ME2, like if you're taking down the Shadow Broker and finding out his connection to the Collectors / Reapers. Split the team into a tank group to take out the air defenses, a security disabling group requiring a tech specialist to shut off the base lockdown, an shadow team Shepard leads through the back with Liara, and a diversion team that Garrus/Miranda/Jacob leads to keep the base defenses thinking they're attacking the front. You make a wrong choice and that part of the mission fails and SB gets away, forcing a restart or having to deal with SB's info not being available from then on. ME3 implications.







Of course, it would be kinda cheesy if you have an easy time of choosing the right people so at least one Virmire kind of choice of pick one and lose the other should come up too. Do I see a Kaidan - Jacob or Miranda - Ashley choice coming up? How about a Garrus - Tali choice?







In addition, make gathering information prior to and during missions beneficial, providing small XP bonuses for asking people questions in conversation and maybe mid-mission bonuses. A good ME2 example would be Tali's recruitment mission with Kal'Reegar. He tells you the layout of the battlefield and in this method, you'd gain a small health bonus for knowing what to expect.







If you think about it, you could pick the right options on the conversation wheel, which advance the conversations and get you back in the action, and you'd be just fine without knowing anything other than you have to kill stuff and reach end objective.







There was a little bit of this in ME2, with Samara's loyalty mission and how talking to the Admirals with Tali's changes your paragon/renegade speech, but more of it would make the player have to pay attention to every conversation and the rewards would make it easier on you (or essential on Insanity hehe).

I think the Council not being retarded is a big one for most everyone.

-I want this game to be freakin' huge. Do anything, go anywhere, make the galaxy feel as darn huge as it really is
-The bigger the better
-Also, for the Bioware devs sake- Take your freakin' time. I assure you, quality sells games faster than The Flash on speed.
-One more I almost forgot: options to smack the hecknuggets out of anyone. ANYone

Do away with the mission complete screen

Overheat with the option to eject heat sink(for continuity purposes doesn't make sense to downgrade every weapon in the known universe.)

I would like to do away with universal cooldown so that as an adept I could use all my powers again and not just the best ones over and over.

I would like the ability to to lift and throw someone regardless their armor or shields like ME1

Keep the ME2 combat controls they work well and make combat more exciting.   

I would also like it more if the weapon upgrades were more like ME1. In ME1 I never had to let my looking for weapons or upgrades interfere with my mission since if I missed something it's not like I couldn't just buy the upgrade or find it elsewhere.  In ME2 I was constantly stopping and making sure I had explored every nook and cranny so I don't miss some upgrade that I won't be able to come back for once the damn mission complete screen comes up.  Its kind of an unforgiving system IMHO.

In order of importance.



1. More squad interaction. Both between each other, and with Shepard.

2. More "I have no more dialogue" lines. All squad mates should have as many as Mordin.

3. Whenever we hear someone say the same line multiple times, please Bioware, record the voice actor saying it more than one time. This applies to squad mates and their "i have no more dialogue" as well as NPC's. I hate hearing the "Sorry for the inconvenience Sir" simply because it's the same voice record.

4. Make the ME1 and ME2 choices have drastic effects on the game. This is the third part of a trilogy, don't hold back for the sake of people who are starting on part 3.

5. Hidden Paragon/Renegade conversation options. I don't want to know if i'm capable of convincing someone to do something before I even say it.



Furthermore, remember that the most fun parts of the game are the parts that are unique. The Morinth conversation and the suicide mission come to mind.



Post-mission dialogue should include more characters. I find it hard to believe that the only people who wanted to talk about the new people we recruit are Miranda and Jacob.



Lastly, it would be cool to see relationships between characters in your squad grow based on who you take with you on missions. If you use two of the same people often, they should become good friends - likewise people you neglect should become detached from the rest of the crew.

I wouldn't call it complaining this isn't a priase bioware thread it's a wish list thread more of. Kinda a preventive measure because we lost the mako and elevators and got a knew more horible evil MINI GAMES dun dun duh!!!!!!
