-A little more insight on Miranda and Jacob
-...Speaking of Jacob, I'd like to have him actually be useful!
-A FULL (ash/kai/liara) returning squad (full as in those who aren't pushing daisies)
-The hammerhead (if it doesnt tank.... ...pun)
-Another Cerberus network type of deal
-A GREAT ending!

EDI must have been created by an uber genius ... it would be kind of cool to meet this genius ... especially if it was voiced by none other than Tricia Helfer. It would make sense that the AI shared its creator's voice.

As others have said, the crew needs to move around the ship more.
I want to see more of the Citadel.
I liked buying and selling and becoming both rich and well-armed. Having to omni-gel excess inventory was tedious, esp when I was maxed out on omni-gel and credits so conversion and sales were pointless. In this, as with most things, I can see why the changes were made. I hope that with ME3, they will look at the reason for the changes and find a balance between ME1 and ME2 options.
I liked the ME1 system of listening to crew members and talking to them if they make a sound in response to something rather than looking for a bracket to click somewhere on-screen. Took me out of the moment. I didn't always catch the crew responses in ME1 so the idea is good; just make it less intrusive somehow.
On a positive note, Joker was great, with comments about events after most missions. The chance to play as him plus the dialogue between him and EDI during the Collectors boarding the ship, was excellent. Dr. Chakwas was well-developed, in some ways more than the main characters.
When the crew meets, have the ENTIRE crew present, not just the Cerberus folks along with Mordin or a recent member of interest.
I like the direction to simply attack a foe in ME1- I actually liked all of the controls in ME1, once I got used to them.
After telling TIM to stick it, why does Shep still wear Cerberus outfits? I hope that ME3 will start off strong with a continuation or response to Shep's actions (mine resigned), as the ship and resources are still Cerberus' and TIM still has power.
*edit to add: No more seductive voice EVERY time femShep tells Jacob she wants to talk. Ick. Crew members out of armour when on-board. Helmet on or off option when on worlds.

An epic space battle that redefines the epic space battle in the video game genre (of course I'm not asking for much...*shifty eyes*).
Believe it or not....Not Tali's Face (because I think the suit is very much a central part of her character, and the mask is what makes the suit, and the imagination and vague half-picture everyone has is almost always better than the "real", defined, concrete thing, anyway)
Legion getting another piece of Shep's armor...I don't know if they noticed, but they still have a pretty damn large hole in their chest...
Something having to do with EDI being in many ways a small Reaper.

Aricle wrote...
I am very tired of the dialogue ruts- after taking or not taking a romance path with a character- and in general. In both ME1 and ME2, Garrus stops developing and simply says, "Commander, I wanted to thank you" (ME1) and "Can it wait? I'm in the middle of some calibrations" or talks about feelings about "blowing off steam" (ME2). I think Garrus is great and this is disappointing. It was unsatisfying to have no way of talking about significant events with relevant crew members, such as seeing the Normandy on Alchera, with Garrus, Tali and Dr. Chakwas. Crew and Shep should talk to each other after such missions and these topics ought to come up. Be nifty if crew made contact with Shep other than regarding loyalty missions. The couple times that Joker tells Shep there are fights between crew members are very entertaining.

You took the words from my fingertips, but you saved me the writing so I can't complain!

"My solution to this tedium would be for the game to have a win big but also lose big consequence. Eg. Mine 1 world, then have some sort of gambling mechanism similar to ME1's 21 blackjack (maybe play with some smugglers). If you lose, you lose all that you mined. If you win you get much more resources for you to bet next.
This creates a thinking that if you lose its your own lack of skill and thus you suffer having to go mine again. If you win,you save on the tedium of having to mine again.
A similar solution to the above would be for you to give credits/minerals to, lets say Liara. She trys to play the market (much like how the ME1 volus handles money for wealthy clients). When you next visit her, you get a return or loss depending on some variables and randomness.
An alternate solution would be to makes less rare, then allow purchase of minerals but that would just make people not bother to play whatever mining minigame at all."

- More citadel
- Different types of ammo to everybody in the crew.
- More interaction between characters (less calibrations or something like that =) )
- Explorable Earth
- Weapon mods
- Shiala (as a full-time team member or just NPC)
I REALLY want
- Matriarch Aethyta on the Normandy as bartender or advisor
- To see Tali's face (just curious)
I do not want
- Epic comeback of Mako and all connected stuff (ya know, identical side missions, identical planet textures, identical base interiors and exteriors)
- Comeback of ME1 style inventory screen, it was horrible in my opinion.
- To see Tali or Garrus dead.
P.S. This is my first post here, hi everybody
P.P.S. I'm sorry about my English, this is not my native language
