My Gamertag was not linked to my EA account. So when I got ME2 I activated Cerebus Network, but couldn't get Blood Armor or Terminus. No biggie. Posted to get them linked. Today they were linked. Could download Blood Armor and Terminus. Guess what? No Effing Cerebus network anymore. It prompts for code yet wouldn't take the one that came with my game because <surprise> it's already in use - yeah by ME!. yee-haa..... what a cluster. Seeing as it took EA/Bioware/whoeverthehell a month to fix my gamertag issue I'm just going to take a bite of the crap sandwich and buy it. Gratz guys...enjoy my $10.
Just at tip for game. Drop the code, account linking, DLC crap. Just make all DLC purchasable for cheap or include it in the game. This is just dumb, frustrating, and very disappointing. I'm paying for "free" stuff. Sad.

Man I have the exact same problem! My accounts got linked and I was finally able to get my Blood Dragon and Collector Armor but my Cerberus Network Access was cut off, and I can't use the code again, since I used it the first day I got ME2...

I spent 30 mins on live chat with EA support. They were able to flag my account with Cerebrus access.
