When I try to play my saved file containing DLC content with a different email, it won't let me. Is there a way to transfer the DLC content such as return to Ostagar and blood dragon armor.
Also, is there a way to transfer achievements as well?

That sounds like something you may need to contact ea support directly for. You might just be able to change the email address on the existing account to your new one. Other than that, maybe ea can change the info for the dlc so you can use your other email address with them.

By all means, try your luck and contact EA. I ran into a similar issue. I play on 360 and i bought the game and played on my roommates console and xbox live account. When my roommate moved out I bought my own xbox and all of the same DLC but still couldn't play my game in which i had invested 75 hours in addition to the $60 game price. Long story short, EA told me that you can't play saved games on other accounts because it would be a "violation of rights". Doesn't make any sense to me but there was really nothing i could do about it. Good Luck.
