as the title says the website dosent recognise that ive got the cerberus network each time i go to the dlc page it asks me to buy it but the game does recognise it

Are you looking in the right place? Either use the "Additional content" button from the main menu of the game, or, under your avatar image on the left of the screen, go to Profile > Your registered game promotions. It should all be in there.
