For some reason I got 2 invites to the same group. Fine, I accept one. Both invites are still there. I accept the other. Still there. I try to leave one, but get taken to the join confirmation box instead. No option to leave only Join or Cancel. Cancel does nothing. Join joins again. Long story short, selecting My Groups in the dropbox now shows NO groups at all. When I click Edit My Groups I have the same group listed like 8 times. This is rediculous.

Also, I still have the 2 invites that show up at notifications every time I visit the site. How can I get rid of all this crap?
My edits don't seem to be working. Sorry for the double post.

12 hours later and no fix, no answer... WTF? Seriously, if Groups are this broken, I might as well disband mine...

If this is the wrong place to post, can someone tell me the right place? Hello? Anyone?

Look, it's fine if there's no fix yet, but at least acknowledge the problem... Is someone sleeping on the job or something?

It's been 4 days now, and still nothing. I'm starting to get pretty pissed off about the whole thing now. Hello? Doesn't anybody work here?

That makes 2 of us now. With the same group too. I hope someone at BioWare at least acknowledges the problem soon.

Yeah this IS rediculous. I sent a PM to a mod, Stanley Woo, who mods this forum, when I know he was online because I managed to post in a thread after his post announcing he was closing the topic, but before the topic was closed. After the PM was sent, his status was still Online. So I refresh here a few times, check back and he's offline. It's BS. The DA forums have tons of moderators. This forum has very few. It should NEVER take this long to ACKNOWLEDGE the problem. Ever.
Update: So, looking over Mr. Woo's recent posts, seems all he does is close threads. Usually after calling them Spam and sounding like a dick. How about actually helping someone for a change? How long does it take to say "That does indeed sound like a bug, we'll get someone on that, but I have no idea how long it'll take." Answer: 7 seconds, and that's at a casual speaking pace. It sure doesn't take 6 days.

I suppose it's time to start PMing all the mods now. I don't know what else to do.
Update: I sent a PM to every moderator listed at the bottom of this thread with the subject. "Please Help."
The body of the message was this:
Please visit my thread in the Site Help forum. It's been a week and the problem hasn't even been acknowledged yet. I am not the only one experiencing this problem.

Apparently it worked. Mr. Woo responded to my PM. For anyone else who may be experiencing the same issue, here is a copy of his message and my reply.

Is there something that makes your thread more important than other website problems people are experiencing? Or is it important only because it happens to affect (among others) you? If we receive requests from multiple people to visit their threads and deal with their problem, who do we listen to?
As you might well imagine, our Social Network is not a small thing, and we have many threads in the Site Help forum detailing issues and problems some folks are experiencing, as well as tech support issues posted in various game forums which may or may not be website related. Your impatience to get this issue fixed--bumping your thread every day, messaging me multiple times--has already been noted, but I'm afraid I can give you neither an ETA on a fix or any other information regarding your issue at this time. The team we have dedicated to website issues is (as always) swamped with requests and tasks, and your issue may or may be on their list of top priorities.
All I will be able to do is to direct them to a forum thread they likely have already seen and put on their giant to-do list.

Well, just now you managed to do all I asked. If anyone had bothered to actually read the thread they would have noticed that all I'm asking for is an acknowledgement of the problem. You've just done that. Thank you. I'm fine with waiting however long it takes for a fix. But I don't think I should have to wait a week to find out whether I'm even being listened to. Again. Thanks for the acknowledgement.
