I have completed both Bhlelen's tasks, but then reported to Dulin and initiated the Shifting Allegiances quest (to side with Harrowmont). I am currently tasked with finding Branka for Harrowmont, but the Prince's Favor: the Second Task is still active in my journal. Do I go to Bhelen to close this quest even though I betrayed him, or will doing so cause the quests to conflict (like what happens if you complete both Firsts Tasks, where neither Dulin nor Varta will allow the quest to proceed)? Basically, what do I do about reporting to Bhelen about his second task in my situation?

Well It disapeared for me after I made Harrowmont king.
