Angel - engineer (Angel for rather calm personality coupled with Colonist background), paragon.
Ashley - soldier (yes, after Ashley Williams), renegade
Ingrid - infiltrator (Ingrid for scandinavian look), mostly renegade
Mona - sentinel (can't remember why mona. Max Payne, maybe?), mostly paragon

Heh, I am playing on PS3 right now, and I imported her into a new game (she's my "perfect" ME3 prep character), and she still has all of the armor, weapons, resources, and skills from the previous play through. I am going to be able to wield both the Revent, and the Geth Sniper!

Best. Glitch. Ever.

That is actually not a glitch, when you import a character you've already finished the game with once, to replay you replay with all the powers you finished with. If you maxed out your exp points, you don't level up through this 2nd playthrough, and the extra weapon specialization you got on the collector's ship during you first through is the one you're going to have during the second and you won't have the option to change it.

Let's see I have four right now.  I will probably do one more Shepard during the summer:

Genivieve - Spacer, Sole Survivor Paragadish and all around awesome.  She's an Infiltrator.  She was my very first character.  Geni romanced Liara. <3333 (This is my canon Shepard)

Ellery - Colonist, War Hero complete Paragon to the core.  Adept and just so darn squishy (for Shepard that is *coughs*).  Ellery's all business and doesn't have time for romance.  <3333   Ellery is my nerd Shepard, in that she's into books and stuff.  She's kind of awkward and she's really smart.  She's my other favorite.

Saya - Earth Born, War Hero, Paragon mostly.  She will occaisionally do some renegade esque stuff though not to the level of Genivieve.  She's also an Adept.  Kaidanmancer, but she left him with the bomb and now she's with Garrus.

Luca - Colonist, Ruthless, Renegade for shizzle.  Romanced Kaidan and stayed loyal.  Luca is a Vanguard.  Nuff said.
