I used Anjo (japanes for Angel) for my Inflitrator.  Since I use Kyra alot for my combat type chars I was thinking of useing that name for Vangard, but allready started a Male vangaurd.  I want to do a female Engineer so I might just yes that instead.  Rhea and Kaishia are other names I have used for female chars, thought it was funny we had two same names we used that aren't major pop names.

For the males I used so far John (adept), Max (soldier), Nazzareth (Vangaurd).

Let's see I have 5, all romanced different people (for the most part... Rhi and Lilith both romanced Kaidan but Lilith left Kaidan after Horizon for Garrus and Rhi stayed loyal, and Sara romanced Garrus and only Garrus.) They all look different, too.

So Sara is my favorite, Nadia, Rhianna (or Rhi to her friends), Silvia, and Lilith.

Sara is a Vanguard with the Colonist/Ruthless background and romanced Garrus.
Nadia is a Soldier with the Earthborn/War Hero background and romanced Thane.
Rhi is an Engineer (sometimes Inflitrator) with the Spacer/Sole Survivor background and romanced Kaidan.
Silvia is a Sentinel also with the Earthborn/War Hero background (she's from a different part of Earth though than Nadia) and romanced Liara.
Lilith is an Adept with the Spacer/War Hero background and romance Kaidan and Garrus (left Kaidan, stayed with Garrus).

I also experimented with the CC settings and made four more FemSheps just to see different backstories, but I didn't actually play them because I always keep only one character in each game.
Anyway, their names were:
