I have just finished playing a complete and hopefully perfect ME1 playthrough to import into ME2 and hopefully have all my options covered for a successful ME3.

One thing that I noticed is Sarens eyes, if you look carefully he has "Cybernetic" implants, you can see them after you meet and defeat him on Virmire, in cut scenes on Ilos and in the end-game in the Citadel Tower after he admits to having a Sovereign "Implant". Sarens eyes look very similar to TIM´s eyes, is this a coincidence or is TIM controlled by the reapers?

Just a theory but maybe Harbinger was a rogue reaper who TIM has been "contracted" to defeat by the "real" Reapers. Maybe ME3 has got some big surprises in-store for us...

maybe but I know this TIM will be heard from again in the 3rd game
