Otherwise, the only one that I really remember with male shep was him getting drunk in Darkstar, "Put the stuff in the...the thing stuff goes in."
Femshep lines that stuck out? Idk it was all good imo; when femshep was pissed off and told off TIM she sounded angry, when she paragon-hugged Tali she sounded very caring and sympathetic. I just got so much good emotional feedback from her voicework I can't even begin to pick just a few lines.

I liked the 'Our Terms' speech and the "Who said anything about love" line. Oh yeah and "How about goodbye"
Lol, Miranda's next line after the love one is also win. The 'Our Terms' speech; which one is that again?

Its the speech where he says 'it is time to show them what were made of on our terms.' It is when they are discussing the collector base I think. He also says what matters is 'not one more'

For femshep, renegade, if you kill the Krogan scout during Mordin's loyalty, she gives this really frustrated sounding "Move out" afterwards.
"Not...one...more"...cheesy, but I liked it.

To me, male Shep is the worst voice actor in the lead role of any major video game I've ever played. ME is the only game where I exclusively play female characters. I'd love to play a male character in this game but I cringe at every word. I wish it didn't bug me so much but I can't get past it. Every other character in the game delivers a better performance IMHO. It all works out for me as I really like the majority of Fem Shep's lines though.
I guess it just comes down to personal preference though.

I've noticed that listening to the male shep voice is easier if your male shep looks like he would have a deeper than usual voice.

-That's right ! Now I'm going in, If I find looters, I kill them. Anyone gets in my way...I kill them too.

In fact, most of Meer's acting was spot on, IMO. He wasn't overacting, which is key. He acted in a way that, if ME were any way realistic, someone who's spent his entire life kicking ass and chewing bubble gum would react. I think Jennifer Hale overacted some of her parts. Committing too much emotion to a script does not a good voice actor make... it has to be realistic. Sometimes realistic is being non-chalant. Sometimes, like when Tali finds out her father dies, was a brilliant performance by Liz Sroka. That's a *really* emotional part, and Liz nailed it.

My personal favorite voice moment has to be when you use the renegade option at the end of Samara's loyalty, "I'm not the victim you were looking for."
The best moment overall though has no dialogue, but just the look on FemShep's face when she asks EDI how expendable the crew is. The little smile says it all.

I've seen a clip floating around of "Charge." But I haven't actually seen it in game. Anyone care to mention the conversation?

You get it through renegade options if you don't use the paragon interrupt when talking to the "biotic god" volus on Samara's recruit mission.
Basically, the volus is high on way too much red sand and says something to the effect of "I will crush this weakling merc leader with my godlike biotics", and Shepard heartlessly eggs him on. I don't know the convo from memory.
