Still my overall favorite scene...Mordin telling about Kirrahe and his "Hold the line!".
A little off topic..........
I think both the writing and voice acting for Mordin are so perfectly in synch it's brilliant. I think it's the best writing and performance in the game. There are so many great statements that are a mix of serious, plot driving, and comedic coming at you so quicly that I never get bored with Mordin. One of my Favorites is when he tells Shepherd he has destroyed all Cerberus' surveillance bugs in his lab --------- except the expesive one, he returned that to Miranda.

Hell, Meer does better speeches period. He's better at being renegade, being angry (which makes some of his paragon lines good), and giving speeches in my opinion.
Hale is better at being paragon and a bit better at the neutral options but her interaction with Jacob felt like she wanted to jump him.

Yeah Mordin was well done both writingwise and by his VA. One of the best I think.

The little laugh you get in Thane loyalty mission when you make the dude run with a bomb scare is really well done for femshep.

I'd have to say most of my Favourites are from FemShep. Hale just seems to put just the right inflection to make a moment properly emotional no matter if it's being compassionate or being a total **** to someone.
I just played threw a another Paragon run this time having Thane for a LI and the dialogue that FemShep did really just made me pause, it was perfect, The soft voice, the tender compassion, it was so believable.

"You're workin' too hard"
Male Shep nails this line on the Archangel mission.

This game got a lot of great voice actors, Martin Sheen, Carrie-Ann Moss, Seth Green. Etc.
But there are also those that does bad voice acting..like Mouse in Thanes sidequest. Don't know about you but I facepalmed =<
Marks "You're working too hard" = win!
Jennifers dialogues with Wrex is awesome, don't know why
but of course I think both of them do great voice acting in this game..though it feels weird when male shep gets emotional..at least with Tali and Jack!
Except for the shepards I have to go with something from either Garrus, Jack or Aria. I find their voice acting really good.

I think Fem Shep is a much better VA I just prefer playing as a male character. It's not that Male Shep is bad he does have really good speeches and interactions with certain characters (Wrex, Garrus and Legion stand out in my mind), just some of the dialogue isn't emotional enough.
Besides the shepards, my favortite VAs are Ashley, Garrus, Thane or Wrex.

I smile every time I playthrough the paragon ending of ME2 when he talks to TIM one last time:
TIM: "Shepard, you're making a habit of costing me more than time and money."
Shepard: "I'm sorry, I'm having trouble hearing you. I'm getting a lot of bull**** on this line."
To me that was the ultimate "screw you, TIM" and a great line that was right on the money.
Here's the video. Start it at 3:30 (*SPOILER WARNING*)

That was a great line, zman lol. Silly TIM.
I was thinking about a lot of my favorite VA moments and I must admit, that a lot of them are from femShep (naming them all would take awhile). There were many that I replayed because I found the deliverance highly impressive. One in particular is on Zaeed's loyalty mission. If you engage in the Paragon interrupt, she eventually says:
"I ought to knock you the hell out, but thanks to you, we have a burning refinery to save."
I got worried for Zaeed a bit.
