Hi Everybody!
I'm french guy, so please forgive  my accent me if I write something wrong!
As a lot of people here, I have a problem with cerberus network, but mine is a bit "worst" (and here you already complain about support, but you can't imagine how EA support is weak in other countries) :
Just after accepting the terms of use at the start of the game, cerberus network tell me I can't have access to it and to the dlc because I'm not old enough!
First I laught because I was born in 1980 but then I cried trying to receive help from microsoft and EA support.
I checked and even change my windows live ID linked to my gamertag to be sure I was mature on it but nothing changed.
I can't link my gamertag to my EA account on the EA site. 
EA support told me once they can't see/reach my gamertag and told me another time that they received 1753 as a birth date from which results a negative age in their computers!! OMG I must be dreaming.
Anyway, did someone know how to fix this?

Odd. I'm way younger than you but have no issues whatsoever, nor did I experience any problems upon creating the EA account and downloading the Ceberus stuff. I'm sorry but I don't know how to help - primary posting to tell the error doesn't appear to anybody. :s

I had that happen. Said I needed a guardian's email address for about 3 days. Added insult to injury. There were never parental controls on my box and I can remember B&W TV.

Have you an EA account with your Gamertag showing as a persona? My emails for this site and EA's were already in sync but I had to log in and re-register for some reason. It took a day before the confirmation email came through and I could check EA.com. Shortly after that CFN came online.

Not sure if that is cause and effect but it might be worth a try? Bon chance.

P.S.  My XBL email is not the same as the others so that is not the problem.

They also asked me to create a fake child account and then to give him the parental control, this is stupid I never needed parental control as I am alone and nearly 30 years old, I did it anyway to please them and of course it didn't work at all (hopefuly for me because saved games can't transfered from one gamertag to another).
What do you mean by "gamertag showing as a persona?"
If you mean what I think you mean, here is my other problem that could be the solution to my first one: I can't link, on the EA site, my gamertag to my EA account! The site send me a system error each time I try to link it. I ask EA to link it themselves for 3 days but they still haven't...
My email adresses were different too but I changes my email on EA and on my gamertag to be sure it will match (even if, as you said, I'm sure the issue has nothing to deal with that)

Sorry I didn't get back sooner. Hope they fixed this by now. A rep I contacted by email at the support site found my gamertag was connected to an old email address and manually moved it to my current email. They had to manually add all the promo codes to my acct. or they would all have been lost. It took several days of back and forth.



Go to EA.com and try to by email. If it makes you reregister do so then check what personas are linked to the acct. In my case there is a name I used for DA: Journeys and my Gamertag thanks to the support rep. If your gamertag isn't there try to add it and see what it says. Sorry, I'm not much help.

If your accounts are already linked the problem could be wrong or
missing date of birth in your windows live account.
