I've never played as a Dwarf so I'm curious.  If so it would be pretty funny since it would show just how damn desperate Alistair is that he resorts to scrogging an ugly, fat short woman.

Yes, all three races can romance the romanceable party members. And female dwarves can be made very pretty. But Alistair won't sleep with any of them, human, elf, or dwarf unless he has very deep feelings, so it's not about desperation.

Okay, dwarf women are NOT ugly. Two of the prettiest faces I've created are both on dwarven women. Check the characters tab on my profile page. Secondly, dwarves are NOT fat. They are stocky and heavily muscled. Thirdly....okay, I'll give you "short". Finally, as one poster noted, Alistair does not take a sexual relationship lightly. He's been brought up to believe that it's something one only does when there is a deep, abiding love and respect between a man and a woman, so I think we can acquit him of being desperate. If he were that desperate, there are always places like the Pearl.



All that being said, my dwarven noble is avoiding falling in love with him for her own reasons. I'm not sure what my dwarven commoner is going to do. She's a whole 'nother kettle of fish.

Hands down the most adorable NPC in the game.  But I wish those arms on the dwarves matched their stoutness better.  It looks like they put human length arms on a body half that height.  Just looks "off" to me.

I'm glad someone brought up how strange and out of porportion their arms look as well. It's just not natural. Their faces are stupid and wide looking too. Any human who scrogs a Dwarf either has a fetish or is just desperate.

I never said they were ugly or strange just a little off in the arms.  If you are not coordinated enough to make an attractive PC well that's your failing as a game player.  Don't blame Bioware for that.  Dwarves can be quite attractive if you know how to make one so.
