Hello everyone!

I'm having a strange behaviour with Mass Effect 2 for Xbox 360 regarding the Cerberus Network.

Let's start from the fact that I've got the Collector's Edition of ME2 for PC with the Cerberus Network DLCs along as the Collector's Armor and Rifle, Inferno Armor, Blood Dragon Armor and Terminus Armor and Weapon.

Theese days I've bought Mass Effect 2 for Xbox 360 to my brother (we live in the same house, but he prefers to play on the Xbox 360 and I don't mind having to pay another time to support BioWare's masterpiece) and, before he started to play (he was at school), I decided to try it with my gamertag (which is associated to my BioWare/EA Account).

The fun thing is that I'm being able to download all the Cerberus Network DLCs aswell as the others armor packs and play the game finely with them, but the Cerberus Network laptop still remain closed and asks me for the activation code or asks to be purchased. So I've tried putting in the Cerberus Network code that I've got with my PC CE, and it didn't told me anything, it just didn't opened and asked for another code again (giving no "code has already been reedemed/used" error message)

After that I've registered ME2 for Xbox 360 on my brother's BioWare/EA Account profile (he got his own, since wehn DA:O was released, I bought a second copy for PC for him too) and run ME2, I've entered his Cerberus Network code and the laptop opened as expected (and he didn't had to download any of the DLCs since I had already downloaded them before).

To sum it, my question is: Do I have to pay again to "open" the Cerberus Network laptop while playing on Xbox 360? It would be some sort of joke, becouse all the Cerberus Network DLCs work finely while I'm logged with my account.

Hi, not sure if you've resolved this already, but if not, a quick 10-15 minute Live Chat with EA Support should clear things right up (I just did so myself).

I was having similar issues as yourself, documented in this forum thread and an EA Live Chat agent gave me a new Cerberus access code outright.

Hope this helps!
