I don't think any of them were bad. There was an occasional line that didn't quite sound right, but it was fleeting, and well you get those with any film / cartoon / game. Also probably stood out a little more with the high level of voice acting from so much of the cast.

But if I had to say names, I felt EDI should have spoken a little bit more husky, just for my own personal enjoyment :-p

Most of the time he seems to just be in too much of a hurry to run through his lines, and his voice also often seems flat and emotionless.

Wish the superior love interests didn't force me to mainly play as MaleShep, since FemShep's voice actor is far superior... and I just plain prefer playing as her.

Hmm. As much as I'd LIKE to hear MORE of that actress in ME...I'd say no.
Liz Sroka is quite fine as Tali (that and I don't think Tali's character would fit w/ Black's voice too easily).

That said...SPACE MORRIGAN PLEASE!
(or any other character...as long as she's in my crew!!! )

jennifer hale and mark meer both have parts were there voices dont sound good like when male shepard gives tali a hug that was intended for female shepard and when you say renegade things which suits male shepard better.LIke when you go in to find modrin and you say youll kill looters female shepard voice does not fit that part at all

Mark Meer still recieves a bit of flak from the hard headed fans because of the first game, he might have seemed a little flat, but come on, Shepard is a military soldier. It suits.

Agreed I thought all the VA in ME2 was excellent.  It would be pretty hard to pick out one I didn't like.
