Im 2 bars away for leveling to 14 and i wanted to know if you can buy a reaver book and get the spec. I Allready googled it and found nothing.

I don't think there is a book, no. You have the option of learning it at one point during the arl of redcliffe quest, however.

You learn it from Kolgrim which is apparently the only to learn, which also makes you a royal and makes a couple of your party members leave and/or attack you.
