I just want to voice my desire to see lose-lose situations AND to have the better decision be the "renegade" choice for once. After ME1 & ME2 I am getting the feeling that you can't go wrong picking nothing but the Paragon choice... I hope that changes (ie giving the base to Cerberus would have saved lives, but would have ramifications post reaper invasion - right? so giving the base to Cerberus is like making a deal with the devil - reaper invasion, much easier, universe overall not better off)
and I would like sparing lives to bite you in the ass, I always do it, and I want to have it bite me in the ass... I can't be a paragon all the time and not have it bite me in the arse... (although I did push that guy through the window and also opted to play bad cop and beat the crap out of that crime boss on the citadel - i also opted not to use the paragon save, threaten his genitalia, jus to have the lawyer walk in, get all defensive and go 'oh by the way, I'm a spectre so you have to tell me what I wanna know or I'll kill both of you'... I mean you can't be all paragon, thats boring)

I agree. Sometimes choices should be a lose-lose situation. No matter what you choose...something bad happens. Much like the Ash/Kaidan decision in ME1. Someone was going to die no matter what. Or the decision to save the council or focus completely on Sovereign at the battle of the Citadel. I want more tough decisions like that in ME3.
