Just to keep the numbers simple, say there were 25 major scenes they had to test with outfits.  With four outfits, you run 100 tests.  With 30 outfits, you have to run 750 tests...

Hopefully they'll be nice to us & officially add in more outfits as a free DLC download in the future.



You mean just like they tested all the cutscenes with all 6 of the possible classes and all 12 of the possible team mates?  Because we know how that went with regards to the holding of weapons.  Image IPB

How do you edit which outfit shows up first? It feels strange waking up in the Cerberus base with the Alliance uniform on.

Do a search for CasualApperances, under [SFXGame.SFXPawn_Player]. The Id=# decides the order in which apperances appear, afaik.

Is there a way to take your coalesced file and combined it with the "casual clothes for armor" coalesced? The only coalesced file I found with the casual armor has very limited choices in casual clothes...

Short of manually editing the coalesced and add the "new" casual clothes as armour pieces, no, I don't think so.

Uuuh.. I think so. Not me, though. I'm the kind of person that only use or make mods that are extremely non-invasive or when a set of special circumstances forces me to do more (like when I decided to make a DoucheShep playthrough and needed to wear the Merc casual outfit in combat). This mod, for example, was just a matter of massive copy-pasting and increasing the number of colours. It wasn't hard, it took the mental capability of a newt, yet no-one had done it yet and I wanted it - so I made it.

What I mean to say is that I haven't even touched upon what you're asking for. I know others have been fiddling around with it in the mod thread, though. I realize that the mod thread is huge now, but it's not like they'll ever give us a specific forum. Ask there, I am sure that people with better organizational skills, memory or modding capabilities than me can help you. :)

Cool mod, but you've accidentally removed one of the normal ME2 casual appearances. Specifically, the Cerberus-Scientist attire (my favorite for my Renegade-Adept).

So CasualAppearances Id=2 currently reads...

I think this needs to be reverted to its original values. Looking at my backup coalesced.ini, the nearest thing I could find was...

So if I copy this after having downloaded & installed Kasumi & other DLC, it won't cause glitches in my game? Wondering if the new coalesced file created by the game has added lines reg. to the new content not present in this... or does it not work like that?

Thank you so much. This is what I've been looking for for such a long time.

Edit: Just tried it - all it did was make it take 5 minutes to load each new area - no new costume or uniforms.
Help?
