 I made a topic about this a while ago, but I don't think it got any responses and I can't find it now, so I'll try again.

I cannot post on the registration-restricted Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age boards.  I have registered both of these games on the Social Network site, or attempted to, anyway.  (I can't figure out where to check on my already registered games to verify that my registration attempts worked.)

I already tried the "Email Us" link at the bottom of the page, which just brought me to EA Customer Support, and they didn't seem to understand what my problem was.  All I want to do is get my games registered so that I can post on the forums.

Could it be something to do with Xbox Live connectivity, or redeeming the promo codes?  I haven't done this yet, as I have no means to connect to Live right now.
