[HTTP 404]

First of all, I have loved Dr. Pepper for years and I am blessed to have it at my work's vending machine.  I found out about the promos by buying a Dr. Pepper from it, so doubly blessed because I love Mass Effect.  I got my sentry interface but my last two codes I entered I couldnt choose any other item except sentry interface, in frustration I have selected sentry interface 3 times on seperate occasion.  My only solution right now is drink more Dr. Pepper, lol.  Does anyone else have similar problems as me?  is their another forum with solutions or gripes?

there are plenty of codes posted on here, just use the search function. They will allow you to download the remaining 2 items

I have several codes but I only have two choices. I can't get the last one.

i heard u hav to back out of the site for each code entered and restart the process so it registers a fresh code. try that.

I have the same problem. I have redeemed 2 codes both came up Sentry Interface

Went to Dr. Pepper help page on the site and sent them an email. Got reply that said only way to get anything else was to go to a 7-11 store.

I doubt there is, I wonder what bioware and EA will do when promotion is done? is the extra items going to be lost?

you can only redeem one code from doctor pepper using the same account u have to make an other account to redeem more

You only need to make another Dr. Pepper account. You keep the same EA games and Bioware Social account as you are using now. The Dr. Pepper site links you to your EA account, regardless of what info you give Dr. Pepper. The codes can be reused, but there is a limit of one use per Dr. Pepper account (but no limit on the EA games and Bioware Social account).

You can actually find the codes on the internet, create three different fake accounts, and get all of the items easily (thank you Mass Effect Wiki!).
It was a marketing failure on DP's part to have five interchangable codes and a badly designed website. Just make sure you wire all of the items back to your REAL Bioware account and you should have them all.

Vanspoor, I don't think he meant any offense by his statement. I think the comment was in regards to the bizarro way DP set up the site to use the codes, coupled with the odd lack of info that any sane person would never figure out.

I had the exact opposite problem as you - I couldn't for the life of me unlock the Sentry Interface. Based upon my experience with the Dr.Pepper dlc, I've concluded the following -



Any random code found on the internet will unlock the Recon Hood and Umbra Visor. The Sentry Interface can only be unlocked the "rightful" way (aka actually buying a Dr.Pepper).

Umm, I redeemed three Dr. Pepper codes (not from 7-11)  and got all three items
Actually one code failed at first, so I sent them an email and they gave me a new code to try.

i've tried all those codes and still getting two selections i already got. can't get the sentry interface to pop up, and when i try different code off the bottle cap, it can't find the server for some reason.

Generic codes can easily be gotten off the web for the DrP promo, just make sure you are always creating a new DrP account for each redemption ( but using the same EA account for the last part of the redemption )



Just make sure you are properly logged out of your DrP account before trying to register a new account for a different piece of the headgear

I started a new account and i still have the same problem: only sentry interface as option. 

BUT should lie and say I bought the Dr Pepper from a 7-11 and that'll work? if that works then damn, their research marketing group is terrible.
