Hey everyone,
I know this may sound incredibly noobish, but I bought 560 biowarepoint this night to download 'The Warden's Keep' DLC for Dragon Age Origins. The points update correctly in-game and I bought the DLC. But then it wouldnt start loading for like 10 minutes. So I figured, since I can download the DLC no matter where I am, as long as I am logged in on my account technically, that I could restart the game.
Well, the sad thing is that after restarting both the game and pc several times now that I DID loose the points for buying that DLC but didnt get the DLC itself. In other words my points just went up in thin air.
I have been looking around on for a way to get in touch with customersupport, but the only link I got so far is on the FAQ page (on the bottom of the page you are reading now), Allas... that link gave me a 'page not found'. So does anyone either have a work around for this problem or the working link to get in touch with customersupport?
