Grunt's recruitment mission, you can skip the first krogan part, immediately after the Imperfect Brogan. They won't chase you after a certain point and the door you need to go through is already unlocked.
You can do this as just about any class just by running over, though.

No need to apologize - I was hoping someone would bump this thread.tnt118 wrote...
I know this is a fairly old thread, but I just came across some notes I took on my insanity run but forgot to post here.
It's too useful to let it sit near the back end of the forum (especially if you're playing on Insanity).

N7: Wrecked Merchant Freighter.
Yes, I know the object of the mission is to run through, but Infiltrate allows you to charge through it rather haphazardly.

Tali Recruitment
The geth prime that appears after you pick up the first demo charge can be completely bypassed by simply cloaking and walking left to trigger the spawns that defend the 2nd charge. The prime will literally disappear once you walk far enough.

Tali's loyalty mission in particular is skip-tastic. The final fight before you find Rael's body is easy to skip using Vanguard, and Infiltrator in particular. But did you know Engineer's can skip that fight too?
I didn't, until quite by accident, my Engineer 'cast' their Combat Drone at the group of enemies just as the door opened. Since Drones generally appear *behind* the selected target, the Drone spawned close to the plot-trigger, and wouldn't you know it, the Drone itself was able to make the plot-trigger fire!

A better way to do this is kill all the enemies in an area and then just walk through. You don't even need to use your cloak!

infiltrator cloak power is very useful. when I am in danger, I use it to escape easily. it's the perfect match with blackstorm heavy weapon. in Tali recruit mission, if you bring with black storm, colosso? easily trapped by this heavy weapon, and disappear. that is awesome. yesterday I tried it. it was just mind blowing. anyway, cloak is critical option (for me, mostly escaping from dangerous situation). I think that closed battle would much easily with vanguard. cloak doesn't provide additional protection.
