2 Million plus basically in so many words told the Mass Effect 1 fans to STFU

You mean the 5 million ME1 fans could even hear them?

you and the rest of the Mass Effect 1fans  are starting to sound like a bunch of cry babies. either grow a set of stones and deal with the changes or go back to playing Mass Effect 1. Mass Effect 1 was a crappy shooter game with poor graphics and poor frame rate. I am not even sure how a game like that got all those high scores. but you damn right Bioware had to basically reboot the Mass Effect franchise with ME 2.

Yeah why make a real sequel to a game with mere millions of fans when you can trick a good chunk of them into buying the game site unseen and make a completely different game targetting a completely differen't market , which buy the way is flooded by MUCH better games...  Seems like a good idea right?

But you don't want common sense do ya cause it tastes all bland and watery?  Posted Image

Oh I am sorry did I miss something you are basically saying bioware should have just remained slaves to you and the rest of the Mass Effect 1 fans and just sit back and deal with all the complaining that would have happened had they not fixed the problems from Mass Effect 1.  EA made the right call by making Mass Effect 2 more appealing to everyone and I am sorry but you and the rest of the hardcore gamers as well ultra hardcore Mass Effect 1 fans better get use to the fact that gaming is changing and games will be made to appeal to everyone. from now on. Mass Effect 2 is the better game and thats the honest truth. Bioware was completely upfront and honest about the changes its you that have the problem with them they did not trick anyone.

It's like a banquet for trolls... They eat and crap and eat and crap... Now they are eat each other's crap... Is this the future or the interwebs?

Where are the proof of your numbers. I will keep repeating this on this thread until you show it.

Lets see if you are just all hot air.

Computroll we don't need any more behavioral samples from you.  We get it, it's your dog. Posted Image

I will now use this particular post as evidence to inform newcomers of your uselessness as well as evidence of troll status.

Thank you for shooting yourself and have a nice day

Someone needs to put together a troll camp so you all develop some communication skills before you stumble out into the big mean interwebs...  It's like having gradeschool children try to trick you with "clever" riddles.  Sure it's inventive and imaginative and you should be encouraged to explore and grow but at what point do you sit down and say "damnit johnny yer 32 years old, maybe you just aren't very good at this?"

Asking for sources is a clever riddle? I'm not exactly sure what you're getting at here...

Maybe you loaded your question for the same reason he did?  Or maybe you are just weak minded and easy to manipulate?  Which one do you prefer?

If you've run out of material that is the point where you "pretend" to not be online for a while until you come up with more.  The broken record routine doesn't generally strengthen your case.

Everything is better in Mass Effect 2 except for the story.

Scanning planets was more boring that driving the Mako but was less time consuming, so they cancel eachother out for me.

Love both games.

See even when I offer friendly advice you troll harder,  That's the paranoid delusions.  But "standing by" something and picking it up and trying to beat someone with it, are not the same thing.  Just for future reference should you come across this particular scenario again... which I'm sure you will.  It's the patterns you see,  they tell the story better than I can.

When people ask me what my favorite movie is, I say Kill Bill. They ask, which one? I look confused and say, it's one movie just split into two parts. The first half is more action-oriented with quicker pacing, whereas the second half has more deliberate plot development and deeper drama.

The analogy is not the same, as Mass Effect was not developed as one game and split into two, but this is the same feeling I had regarding ME1 and ME2--both feel different in terms of how it plays out and the ride that you experience has different pacing, but what I ultimately walk away with is a sense of connection. I've beaten Mass Effect 2 six times since release now, and three of those times I went back and played through Mass Effect 1 before beginning my playthrough, because it just feels right.

It's really hard to go back to Mass Effect 1 after playing Mass Effect 2. While I would agree the main plot is superior in Mass Effect 1's, Mass Effect 2's gameplay is much more satisfying.

Mass Effect 1 would make a better novel but Mass Effect 2 is a better game.

I don't really mind the shift from 1 to 2, or from 2 to 1. The only thing that really took any adjusting to was the cover system. Died a few times in ME2  on insanity because i just ran up to cover instead of actually getting into cover. The only things I wish ME2 had were crouching with your weapon drawn, and an inventory. I miss buying and selling weapons armor, and mods.

I love both games. I think they complement each other rather nicely. I think ME1 had a much stronger story, but ME2 has a good story, a good character development, and much better game mechanics.

That said, let´s clear somethings. People who hated ME1 didn´t bother to buy ME2. People who NOW say they "hated" ME1, but love ME2, just started "hating ME1" after playing 2. They loved ME1 story, characters (and that´s why they bought ME2), but had issues with gameplay mechanics (which is ok, me and lots of people had also). What I think is kind of cheap is to come saying that they "hated" the first game. I don´t know why you have to pick one, to begin with. Every game and its sequels have differences, obviously. But they usually complement each other. Sometimes a company can really screw up in a sequel and kill a franchise. But it´s certainly not the case. I hope ME3 has more intrigue and deeper story. But I think the games will be seen as great and important chapters to go through.

The only crybaby is you.  Who said ME2 wasn't good? besides what does it matter to you?  You should only worry about what you like and not have your panties in a bunch if someone disagrees with you.  If I thought Farmville on facebook was waay better than Mass Effect 2, it would still be my opinion.
