How good is the Incisor? Can you get it in XBox without buying the game twice? Will it ever be released on Cerberus Network? Anyone have extras?

Incisor in shepards hands is not great. The other sniper rifles outshine it in almost every way.
However, the damage multiplier in the hands of your allies is possibly bugged. They tend to have a quicker ROF, really good damage, and a propensity to get multiple rounds in the head of the enemy, so it is probably the Best weapon in the hands of a squadmate.
As far as getting it on xbox, you only can if you have the Digital Deluxe computer version of ME2. They've said all the DLC will be released as purchasable at some point, but until then you'll have to wait.

The incisor is as ridiculous on the 360 as it is on the PC from the videos I've seen [for the PC]. Whenever Garrus/Thane/Zaeed are in my groups they are absolutely monsters. Almost don't even have to lift a finger myself except maybe to pop out and draw enemy fire.
