So I was on my latest career, and just before the the suicide mission when the patch came through and I installed. I have done 7 play throughs prior already and when I finished my latest, Kelly will not send me the message and offer to come up to my cabin.  I have gone back and redone quite a bit of this playthrough with the same result, Kelly doesnt message me after she gets saved.  

Anyone else notice this?

That happened on the two playthroughs I did where my character had a fling with Kelly pre-patch, so I'm not sure if that's the problem. I only got the message on returning to the Normandy after I landed and left the ship (actually each time I did so).

I've done this 7 times prior, each time I get her message after one trip anywhere. after the patch it's nothing on this play through. I really hope they didnt break Kelly!

Ah, see what you mean now. I don't have any characters at a place where I can check myself, hope it's just a glitch with your current game and not a bug.

I don't think you can have a romance with any other character for in order for her to come up, but I'm not sure.

Nope, I have chosen to not pursue a LI in ME2, and as I said, I have 7 previous play throughs and every one, I got Kelly's message right after the collector base was done. I do hope the patch just affected this play through and not any future. Guess I will start another and see...
