I've been tryin to solve this problem since last november (nearly 4 months now), posted on xbox360 support (no answers), asked via EA support chat (answer: 'ask on boards'), and EA support mail (answer: 'thanks for asking us, we hope the issue is solved - what the... how and when?! -, mind to take a survey?').

I'm now asking on this board too, considering it  a social.bioware site's issue and not a game-related problem, and honestly this is my last resort, I'm calling myself out of biowarEA games if I still do not at least get an answer from a dev or technician (or whatever).

Anyway...
I see a 1005 issue listed on my social.bioware profile diagnostics page. The big problem is that the character generating this error does not exist, still he/she uploaded 100 files (maximum allowed), so I'm not able to delete it and the full sotrage is preventing my savegames to upload / update any other information (the "profile error" popup is quite annoying too, but it's not that important) about any other character.

Screenshot 2: http://img163.images...da100510002.jpg

I do know for sure that maximum amount of files uploaded by a xbox360 character are 4 or 5 (we cannot upload screenshots), so how is it possible for a x360 char to upload 100 files?

Any biowarEA employee/technician could be so kind to delete all bugged files in my online-data-storage-putanythinghere-profile, so I can see my ingame progress on my profile and stop the popups?

I would do it myself, but there is no "anti-panic-blow-up-my-data" button.

Thanks

I wondered when this would happen.

You are correct that the Xbox should only upload three files, like the PC should only upload four. The keyword here is "should." A problem with the game is causing excess files to be uploaded. Unfortunately, characters can only be deleted if the character XML file is present, but deleting a character will not necessarily remove all files. Now, if the character XML is among the deleted files and the others are never properly deleted, eventually the storage will fill up with files you can't manually delete. And this is where you are. I'm afraid I can offer no help yet because you're the first one to report the (inevitable) occurrence here. This thread elaborates on some of what I've written here (in particular 1.3, 1.4, 3.1, and 4.2).

I just hope that someone at biowarEA will actually care to fix my problem (only one way out: manual deleting files), I've been stuck into this for 4 months...

The whole thing may (may) be caused by the early released dlcs (as I started having this problem on noveber 11th). My save-file tryed to upload a game related XML, plus a game-shale related XML, plus a game-shale-wardenfortress game related XML and so on.

Probably (probably) when I deleted my first char, the XMLs got stuck and duplicated into the online storage by still finding shale and wardens' keep dlc and wrongly associating XMLs to the deleted character.
